Terms & Conditions

1. The rental rates quoted are on per week basis

2. The minimum rental period is for one week

3. For rentals of four weeks or more special discounts are available

4. Any extra days stay e.g. part of a week will be calculated on a pro-rata basis of the rental period

5. A refundable safety deposit may be required in addition to the full rental amount

6. The house should be maintained in order during the whole stay

7. Reservation would be confirmed once the amount has cleared our accounts. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the situation requires.

8. Do not forget to mention your frequent customer number or mention any previous stay with us to avail special discount.

9. We do not take any responsibility for any injury/damage during your stay with us. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety and the safety of others with you

10. All the disputes arising out of any transactions would be dealt with in India according to the India laws

11. Some part of the deposit may be retained, if the property is damaged or left in bad condition. It is always a priority for us to refund your deposit and we try to do it within 3-5 working days
